Essential Competencies in Home Care - Personal care skills:

• Bathing, feeding, and dressing -Assisting with mobility: Safe lifting and transferring techniques - Medication management: Understanding basic guidelines and reporting.

 Essential Competencies in Acute Care- Understanding healthcare environments: Navigating clinical settings

• - Infection prevention and control: Hygiene practices and protocol adherence
